The Welfare & Education Fund Committee aims to create
opportunities for the less fortunate community to be educated
providing scholarships, bursaries, grants or subsidies
for the needy and meritorious students.
It also provides welfare assistance for needy residents
suffering from prolong sickness or from hardship due to
circumstances beyond their control.
